Botanical Illustration Card / Botanical Print Purchase Returns & Cancellation Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, a refund or exchange is offered on any items returned unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Policy details are as follows;
If you wish to cancel your order, where the goods have yet to be dispatched, then you must contact us on botanicalillustration@embgraphics.co.uk immediately.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods shall be borne by you. Goods will only be accepted for refund or exchange within 14 days strictly provided they have not been used and are in a saleable condition, retaining original packaging and condition. A full refund of the amount paid via the same payment method or exchange will be given at this stage.

You have a duty of care during the period of cancellation to ensure that the goods are returned to us in the condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused by failure to carry out your duty of care.

If your order has been charged for but is not delivered according to our standard delivery policy. We may ask you to wait up to 10 working days before we send out your order again.
